Using layout, parts and locations can be managed transparently. Layout can be used to simulate more efficient locations and handlings.
One click to layout area will display all parts stored in that area. One click to a part will show its location(s) exactly.

Using layout editor, unlimited location grouping and details can be built: shapes, colors, coding, informations, etc. Locations can be built as exact as possible. Layout will guide operator to locate parts correctly.
This, in turn, will significantly ease the operation of alocating and searching parts.

Using visual layout, multiple location of parts can be realized easily. Basically parts can be placed anywhere. Parts placement becomes flexible and space becomes more efficient.

    • -Warning of aged parts.
    The quality of certain parts, after a period of storing, should be checked again. This automatic rechecking system is useful for age sensitive materials to ensure their quality.

    -Warning of Vendor quality.
    Necessary incoming inspection for certain Vendors. Since Vendor "quality" will fluctuate from time to time, quality inspection can be set automatically based on last evaluation.
    This warning also useful to enforce quality inspection for part that needs absolut quality.
