Sales Plan (annual plan) for each customer is displayed monthly for current year. Basically sales plan should cover at least 6 month plan.

Sales management covers:
  • Customer profiles: addresses (correspondence, delivery, payment), contact persons (technical support, purchasing), term of payment, currency, etc.
  • Customer products: product grouping (brand, model, variant, part), part numbering system, etc.
  • Product Pricing: currency, validity, etc.
  • Sales Plan: grouped by customer and its product grouping.
  • Customer Purchase Order: preparing sales order for internal production and procurement.

  • Planning Horizon: displaying current and next year plan. Summary of plan is displayed in current or next year, selectable. Summary displays direct comparison between Plan and Actual, also displaying accumulated sales amount so far. For quick reviewing, failed plans are displayed in red color, while achieved plans are in blue color.
    Useful in evaluating the progress of sales, day by day.

    Automatic Planning: Besides created manually, Sales Plan also can be generated automatically using certain methods. Based on historical data, the system will suggest a new plan. If we agree with the figure, we can confirm it. Otherwise we can edit and adjust it to get better figure.
    Handy in generating Sales Plan, helps avoiding time consumed works.
