Key Performance Indicator (KPI) will automatically display the achievement of each departments for evaluation. Since KPI is generated by the system, it should be a fair reference in making merit system. KPIs will also pace positive competition among departments, motivate employees to work more productive.

For quick evaluation, only failed KPIs (red color) are shown by default. These KPIs need special attention.
Detail KPIs for each department can be accessed by clicking selected department. Failed KPIs are displayed in red color while achieved ones are in green color. More detail KPIs also available. See sample display.

Using KPI editor, user can define a new KPI. User also can add, edit or delete KPIs.

KPI targets ussually are set based on historical achievements.
